OUR MISSION

To observe, document, and fund civic renewal.

FUMP is a cultural and civic initiative that uses apparel as a fundraising mechanism—not as a brand, but as a symbol of participation in the present moment.

Mission

The Present Moment

We are living through a period of civic uncertainty unprecedented in recent memory. Trust in institutions has eroded. Public discourse has fragmented. The mechanisms of democratic participation feel increasingly strained.

FUMP does not offer solutions or prescriptions. We observe. We document. And we create pathways for participation that transcend the partisan divide.

What We Are Not

FUMP is not a political campaign. We are not aligned with any party, candidate, or ideological movement. We do not endorse positions or advocate for specific policies.

We are a fundraising platform that channels resources to organizations working to strengthen civic infrastructure—the foundation upon which democracy depends, regardless of who holds power.

The Role of Apparel

Every piece in our collection serves a dual purpose: it is a garment, and it is a contribution. When you purchase from FUMP, you are participating in a funding mechanism that directs resources to civic organizations.

The design aesthetic is intentionally minimal. We are not selling slogans or declarations. The act of wearing FUMP is a quiet statement—acknowledgment that you are paying attention, that you are engaged, that you showed up.

About FUMPUSA™

FUMPUSA™ stands for Friends Under a Maniacal — or Majestic — President.

The phrase is deliberate. It reflects a basic reality of modern America: people experience the same leadership, the same institutions, and the same moment in radically different ways — simultaneously.

FUMP was created to acknowledge that reality, not resolve it.

Nothing about the design is accidental.

FUMP is a satirical streetwear project built as documentation, not propaganda. Each garment is designed with duality in mind — front and back, surface and subtext. Some pieces reference pride, continuity, and tradition. Others reference critique, inclusion, and disruption. Neither is elevated as correct. Both are treated as real.

The clothing is meant to be worn publicly. Not to instruct. Not to persuade. And not to unify through forced agreement. It exists to surface what already exists — tension, contradiction, and expression — without apology or explanation beyond the object itself.

FUMP does not tell the wearer what to believe.

It assumes the wearer is capable of holding more than one idea at once.

The apparel is produced intentionally, in limited runs, using direct language and unambiguous visuals. There are no hidden agendas and no manufactured outrage. The work stands on its own.

FUMP supports free expression.

FUMP respects contradiction.

FUMP documents the moment without sanitizing it.

🇺🇸 Designed in America.

Worn by everyone.
