We want you to love your FUMP™ gear. If you're not satisfied, here's how we can help:

1. Returns

• You may return items within 14 days of delivery.
  

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  

• Contact support@fumpusa.com before shipping your return.
  

2. Refunds

• Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect and notify you of approval.
  

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please email us with photos.

4. Non-Returnable Items
